On the eve of International Workers’ Day, the esteemed Head of the Social Security Organization, by attending Erfan Sanat Isfahan Company, visited various sections of this production and knowledge-based complex and became closely acquainted with the production capacities, specialized capabilities, and work environment of this company.
This visit was conducted on May 9, 2025 with the aim of evaluating domestic production capabilities, becoming acquainted with a safe and human work environment, and examining the status of employee welfare and insurance. became closely acquainted with the production process, quality control, and ongoing innovations. During this visit, he had a cordial conversation with a group of workers, engineers, and experts of the complex.

The Head of the Social Security Organization, in his remarks, emphasized the importance of the role of young, expert, and committed workforce in the country’s progress, stating:
“Creating a safe, motivational work environment accompanied by appropriate insurance and welfare support is one of the pillars of the country’s economic and industrial development.”
He also praised the diligent and creative spirit of the employees of this complex and emphasized the necessity of serious support for knowledge-based companies and domestic producers.
