The street light pole lighting project is one of the successful projects executed by Erfan Sanat Isfahan Company. This project was produced for installation and implementation in Valiasr Boulevard, Kahrizsang. The structure of this lighting system utilizes frosted hazelnut-shaped LED strings, which feature the capability of being directly mounted onto existing structures.
Specifications and Dimensions of the LED Strings
For this project, a total of 39 individual 8-meter strings (full-color hazelnut pixels) were produced. Each string is equipped with 40 LED nodes at a density of 5 bulbs per meter, operating on a 12V input voltage to ensure highly optimized energy consumption in open urban spaces. Furthermore, standard 3×0.75 mm² cables were used to guarantee stable electrical current transmission throughout the circuit.
Structurally, these strings are exclusively designed for a loop-back (up and down) installation on the poles. An integrated flexible section in the middle of the string allows for easy looping and securing of the cable at the top of the pole, ensuring a completely safe installation without any tension or stretching.
Applications of Hazelnut LED Strings in Urban Lighting
